Description
This painting started life as an abstract piece with blurred shapes and numbers merging together. It evolved into a more representational image after a walk along the seafront. At the start of the summer we had a few unseasonally warm days and we went for a walk along the harbour, followed by fish n chip supper. I took loads of photos of boats heading back into shore and a row of brightly coloured beach huts and after printing these images out in a grid I realised that the shapes were starting to emerge in my painting.
