If you live within thirty miles of Cullercoats (NE30 postcode) we can potentially arrange delivery by hand. Depending on your location it may be possible to arrange shipping. If you are outside of the UK, you can email me at email@example.com to discuss ahead of placing your order. mention it in the notes section when placing your order, or, if I see your order is from outside of the UK I will contact you once the order is placed to let you know how I will deliver.
Can I return the piece if I decide I don’t like it, or it doesn’t work in my room the way I hoped it would?
I hope you will be happy with your piece, and I don’t want anyone stuck with a piece they’re not happy with. If you have any questions about a piece before you place your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. If you decide you don’t want the piece after all, you can return it, and I will provide a refund. As you’ll appreciate, being a one-person business, I do have to cover all costs and try to make delivery costs as low as possible. To do this, I try to ensure happiness in purchases. However, if you decide you want to return a piece I will, of course, work with you to return the piece and your money.
