Time To Talk

Awareness and willingness to talk about mental health has changed quite drastically over the past few years and along with the ongoing campaigning but charitable organisations like Mind we have a number of well-being awareness days/weeks across the year.

Today is marked as Time to Talk Day so I thought I’d run with a communications theme.

The statistics are shocking – mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet too many people are made to feel isolated, ashamed and worthless because of this. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.
