That’s the headline from The Big Draw. The Big Draw Festival is a collection of events or in fact a movement designed for anyone who loves to draw, as well as those who think they can’t!
The movement was started in 2000, originally under the banner The Campaign for Drawing and is a not for profit educational charity promoting the universal language of drawing as a tool for learning, expression and invention.
It grows in popularity each year and is now the world’s biggest celebration of drawing. The group organises events and competitions throughout the year and working with cultural and educational organisations they demonstrates the social, economic and health benefits that drawing can provide.
